HAAS VF4 MILLING CENTERS

These machines allow us to perform tasks with a lower production time while allowing for greater quality control. All six of our milling centers come with a minimum 20 pocket tool changer. One is equipped with a dual table for higher productivity.

Cheema Tool has increased productivity by running our Haas VF-4, 24 hours with the pallet changer being able to switch on its own.

The Haas APC is a side-loading pallet changer featuring two 19" x 40" steel pallets. The heavy cast-iron base of the APC is secured directly to the VMC for stability, eliminating the need for further anchoring, and a three-point leveling system provides stability and prevents rocking.

The APC allows non-machining tasks, such as fixture setups and part changeovers, to be performed off-line on one pallet while parts are being machined on the other pallet.
